Espresso House donates to Skravlekopp

During December 2022, Espresso House in Norway donated NOK 1 for every cup of brewed coffee sold to Skravlekopp, which resulted in NOK 120,714.

Through our initiative CupTogether, which was launched in 2021, we have taken a step towards breaking taboos regarding loneliness in society.

Loneliness is a topic that deserves greater attention and focus. A smile, a hello or a small chat can be of great importance to people who experience loneliness. It can help them feel seen and heard, and give them the feeling that they are not alone. Therefore, we consider it our social duty to make everyone feel welcome in our coffee shops, and our skilled baristas play a crucial role in this work.

Skravlekopp makes an important contribution to fighting loneliness, by giving people the opportunity to meet and chat together. The project is designed to create a social environment where everyone feels seen and heard. It gives the opportunity to get out of your own bubble, meet new people and experience new things.
