What is it like?
Do you want something more challenging?
How about the full responsibility for your own Coffee Shop and your team?
Meet Celina
Coffee Shop Manager
What are the most important everyday tasks in your role as Coffee Shop Manager?
- It is to ensure the best coffee experiences for our guests, while also creating a good working environment in my team. I do this through good training and follow-up of employees together with my Assistant Coffee Shop Managers. In addition, I also have, among other things, the main responsibility for the budget and results in my shop.
What made you choose Espresso House as an employer - and what makes you want to stay?
- Espresso House seemed like an attractive employer with many development opportunities. Being able to develop in both management and/or coffee was exciting and made me want to stay. I myself started as a barista and I am now the Coffee Shop Manager.
What have you learned from your job at Espresso House?
- I have learned a lot from this job, including learning a lot about people - how different we are, especially in what drives and motivates certain people in this job.
When was the last time you laughed at work - and what was it about?
- I laugh every day at work, not a day goes by without laughing. The last time was when I had a latte art duel with a colleague, where we compared our latte art skills.
If you had to describe Espresso House in one word, what would it be?
- People.
